  • Compliance insights and HR guidance
  • Analytics and reporting

2.2 Limitations

  • Sarvia provides information and compliance support but is not a substitute for legal, financial, or HR professional advice.
  • Outputs may not always be accurate, unique, or up-to-date.
  • You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them.
  • Outputs must not be the sole basis for employment, credit, legal, or similarly high-stakes decisions.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership of Sarvia

Sarvia and its licensors retain all rights in the software, models, platform, trademarks, and content.

3.2 Ownership of Content

  • You retain rights in the Input you provide.

If you provide feedback, you grant Sarvia a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it without obligation.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

4.1 Compliance

Sarvia processes data in accordance with the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and other relevant laws.

4.2 Use of Data

We use personal data strictly to deliver, improve, and secure services, and not to train our AI models (unless explicitly agreed).

6.3 Discontinuation

If we discontinue Sarvia, we will provide advance notice and a refund for prepaid, unused services.
